You’ll need
Education
✓Two years of college education or business school.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓At least seven years of experience in secretarial positions.
✓Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
✓Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
✓Ability to type 80 words per minute .
✓Expert-level knowledge of computer business software and standard office technology.
✓Strong communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise mature judgment and discretion.
✓Must read, write, and speak English.
Experience in a hospital/medical and/or local government environment. preferred
Ability to read, write, and/or speak Spanish is desirable. preferred
