As a trusted partner to the Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer, you will play a critical role in enabling transformative initiatives that impact clinical, operational, and digital innovation across the health system.

You will serve as the operational backbone for the CIO, ensuring seamless coordination across a fast-paced and constantly evolving executive landscape. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise . Day-to-day, you will operate at the intersection of executive support and strategic coordination: Manage a highly complex and ever-changing executive calendar , balancing competing priorities and critical meetings Coordinate daily briefings, prepare materials, and ensure the CIO is equipped for key discussions and decisions Serve as a trusted thought partner , helping to organize priorities, synthesize information, and maintain forward momentum Support and coordinate smaller projects and initiatives , ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Act as a central point of connection across IT, clinical leaders, and administrative stakeholders Build strong relationships across departments, fostering alignment and collaboration Process and organize high volumes of information , translating complexity into actionable insights Maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, change-driven environment Primary point of contact for all scheduling matters related to the Office of the CIO and Deputy CIO.
Timely, professional communications (email and phone) for all CIO and Deputy CIO scheduling matters. Maintain a strong understanding of the priorities, initiatives, and operational needs of the Office of the CIO and Deputy CIO. Greet and escort office visitors, ensuring a positive, smooth experience.
Handle visitor parking arrangements. Manage meeting catering arrangements. This role offers significant exposure to leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives , making it ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex challenges.

MINIMUM
Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of experience in administrative function (five (5) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
3+ years of relevant experience required. Significant experience supporting executive-level leadership. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet immediate turnaround requirements in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold office integrity.
None PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $25.72 - $45.68 hourly.
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
