Education
✓Bachelor's degree in the areas of information systems, business administration, health care administration or related field
✓Demonstrated experience managing initiatives across at least two of the following domains: strategic planning, operations, financial/regulatory programs, School of Medicine or academic medicine, and enterprise partnerships/affiliations
Qualifications
✓9+ years of demonstrated success/results in project management, including having overseen and managed multiple projects
✓4+ years in a role requiring regular interaction with senior and executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
✓Demonstrated ability to guide and coordinate the work of other project managers on shared, complex initiatives without formal supervisory authority
✓Proven ability to influence leaders, employees, and teams toward deploying a different future state, including in matrixed or dual-reporting stakeholder environments
✓Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of comfort presenting to large and small audiences, including senior/physician leadership
✓Proven experience motivating high-performing individuals and creating an inclusive, collaborative team environment
✓Proficiency with PPM tools such as Smartsheet, along with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
✓Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or leadership
✓An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
