✓Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business information systems, or related field.
Qualifications
✓Four years of progressively responsible experience in software development, application development, systems analysis, web development, business systems, or related field.
✓Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business applications and technology solutions.
✓Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
✓Experience analyzing business processes and translating business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions.
✓Experience developing applications, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, websites, or other technology solutions for business users.
✓Experience with data structures, reporting, data integration, and/or business intelligence tools.
✓Demonstrated experience with application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Experience designing and supporting ticketing, case management, service-request, help desk, knowledge management, intranet, self-service portal, or customer-facing technology solutions. preferred
Experience with SharePoint information architecture, site design, permissions, content management, Microsoft Dataverse, relational databases, APIs, and application integrations. preferred
Experience developing operational metrics, business intelligence solutions, executive dashboards, and user-centered applications that emphasize accessibility and customer experience. preferred
