Senior Living Services Manager BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Senior Living Services Manager in our Harrisburg, PA Senior Living Office . As a Senior Living Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home health services while building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referral partners, and your team.
The Senior Living Services Manager will: Deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate high-quality home health services Manage client service coordination and address emergent scheduling and staffing needs Oversee and proactively grow an assigned caseload through relationship-building and service excellence Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations Foster strong, collaborative relationships with office and field staff Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including admissions and referral outcomes Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees Contribute to office growth, client satisfaction, and overall operational success
