The Growth Strategy (Volume PMO) team is an 8-person team the reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations & Growth and works closely with the senior leaders of DaVita to define strategic growth initiatives and direction. We are responsible for aligning and supporting DaVita's senior leadership team on the strategic and operational questions impacting patient and volume growth for DaVita. Through internal consulting and external business development, the team works with the senior leaders across the organization to define our growth aspirations, where and how we compete, and the capabilities required to win.
The team uses a hypothesis-based approach in problem solving to generate insights, propose strategies, and provide objective support to test, pilot, and scale growth initiatives. Members of the strategy team gain significant exposure to senior leadership and can have significant impact on organization, while accelerating their career development. The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy (Volume PMO) role leads a team of analysts and works closely with our directors and vice presidents across the Strategy, Operations, and Finance lanes.
The role is responsible for supporting project scoping, managing workstreams, and driving strategic insight and decision making. *Hybrid role located in Denver, at our Corporate Headquarters. Required in office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)* Types of projects can include : Opportunities to develop and launch new initiatives to further strengthen our operating model New growth and innovation opportunities for our core business, including ideation, designing, and building of new tools and processes Provider partnership strategy development to enhance patient care Partnering with Corporate Development to identify M&A opportunities that further our strategy Research & analytics around new growth opportunities both internally and externally About you : Strong verbal and written communication skills Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to develop credibility quickly and build successful relationships Strong sense of accountability; ability to own projects and drive them to completion Experience managing, developing and mentoring other teammates Enjoys being part of a team
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a strategy or project management role in an analytical environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking) Experience leading and supporting direct reports Bachelor's Degree required We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
