Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business. preferred
Qualifications
✓Five or more years of experience in hospital-based revenue cycle operations
✓performance improvement, or healthcare consulting.
✓Three or more years of experience leading projects to implement automation or
✓technological enhancements within hospital or health system revenue cycle
✓programs.
✓Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, concepts, policies
✓and their impact throughout the organization.
✓Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work, manage
✓multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and delegate assignments efficiently.
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to
✓troubleshoot, analyze, and interpret complex data and systems.
✓Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the
✓ability to clearly convey complex revenue cycle information.
✓Strong knowledge of metrics, analytics, and data synthesis in healthcare
✓revenue management.
✓Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and support
✓measurable financial improvements.
✓Demonstrated familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean
Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, including requests for preferred
information and requests for proposal. preferred
