Practice Location 1870 Coles Blvd Portsmouth, OH 45662 Suite B Office Hours/Work Schedule 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday 8:00am - noon Friday This schedule can be flexed Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable) No call Staffing 2 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Clinical Staff, 2 Clerical Staff, 1 Case Manager, 1 Office Manager, 1 Medical Office Technician Equipment Audiometry Spirometry Vision Screening Practice Expectations (preferred) Leadership experience OEM Certification Worker’s compensation & employer-health experience FMCSA NRCME certification Ohio BWC WILMPAC Panel Physician OH DOL MRO certification or willingness to obtain Experience with oversight of hearing conservation programs Experience with completion of job-specific occupational medical evaluations Experience working collaboratively with safety and employee health departments Willingness to collaborate with 2 APP’s
