Education
✓Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in network engineering with an advanced industry standard certification in the position area of responsibility OR in lieu of a bachelors degree 10+ years of experience in network engineering and an advanced industry standard certification in the position
✓If Bachelor’s degree: 6+ years of experience in network engineering required
✓If no Bachelor’s degree: 10+ years of experience in network engineering
Qualifications
✓Strong leadership and management skills.
✓In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
✓Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
✓Expertise in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
✓Advanced skills in monitoring and improving network performance.
✓Strong Project Management skills for overseeing network implementations.
✓Skills in developing and implementing security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
✓Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and efficient network architectures.
✓Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of network disruptions and implement effective solutions.
