Primary

Support and validate lifecycle management of capitation agreements with providers Conduct analysis and reporting on performance of capitation agreements Interface with providers and senior leaders on performance lifecycle and revenue recovery Manage performance reporting and associated revenue recovery efforts Create and manage SQL queries What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required

3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline 2+ years of experience with financial modeling Intermediate ability to interpret and review financial modeling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and Word Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL (read/write)

2+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and healthcare products *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
