Answers advanced inquiries from patients, guarantors, insurance carriers, and departments. Serves as the first point of contact for staff regarding AR questions and concerns. Participates in quarterly presentations on industry standards and other assigned topics.

Collaborates with team leaders to identify and implement process improvements. Utilizes Cerner and other required systems effectively. Works proficiently with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Prioritizes tasks based on importance and departmental goals. Participates in strategic projects and tasks assigned by management. Assists in meeting upfront cash collection goals.

Communicates honestly and resolves issues as they arise. Performs other duties as assigned.
