Additional ideal skillsets include HVAC‑R, Central Utility Plant or Boiler Operations, BAS Controls, and Fire Alarm and/or Fire Sprinkler experience. Someone who enjoys hands‑on troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and ownership of their work.
