Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor's degree in public administration, general business, accounting , or a related field plus three (3) years of procurement experience, or
✓High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of procurement experience required.
Bachelor's degree in public administration, general business, accounting , or a related field plus six (6) years of experience. preferred
Qualifications
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
✓Ability to work on a computer 6/8 hours per day.
✓Ability to perform routine office functions including verbal communication, filing, and light lifting.
✓Criminal Background Check
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.

Workday and Adobe forms literate preferred
Knowledge of state purchasing rules, applicable laws, and regulations. Knowledge of the State of Arkansas Procurement Rules and Regulations on the Bid Process, such as but not limited to, RFP’s IFB’s RFQ’s, and RFI’s. preferred
