Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, preferred.
Qualifications

PACS Experience: Direct experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting PACS systems in a healthcare environment. (Highly Preferred)
Healthcare IT Support: Proven experience in healthcare application support and testing, ideally within a radiology or medical imaging department. (Highly Preferred)
Radiology/Imaging Workflow: Strong understanding of radiology and medical imaging workflows, including image acquisition, storage, distribution, viewing, and interpretation. (Highly Preferred)
Technical Background: Solid IT background and training, including familiarity with Windows operating systems, network fundamentals, and database concepts. (Highly Preferred)
Interfacing Standards: Familiarity with medical imaging standards and protocols, including DICOM, HL7, and XDS. Experience troubleshooting interface issues is highly valued. (Highly Preferred)
On-Call Availability: Ability and willingness to participate in a scheduled after-hours on-call rotation for critical support needs. (Highly Preferred)
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. (Highly Preferred)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users and clinical staff.(Highly Preferred)
