Qualifications
✓7 years of experience in Project management experience managing large (>$5mm), complex construction projects (multi-phased and multiple trades) with a primary focus on interior lease-hold improvements and new ground-up construction.
✓Experience in corporate or commercial real estate
✓Clear understanding of cost estimation and cost savings/avoidance solutions.
✓Clear understanding of building engineering related to HVAC, general mechanical systems, BMS, electrical, networking infrastructure, etc.
✓Exceptionally strong communication skills including garnering approval for large, complex projects at the C-Suite and/or Board level. Understanding of legal and financial aspects of the project management and financial planning process
✓Very strong written and oral communications skills (both analytical and report writing) are necessary. A comprehensive understanding of project management techniques and methodologies and best practices. Strong computer literacy skills both analytical and reporting.
✓Experience with Microsoft programs, AutoCAD and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems).
✓Experience with Risk Mitigation Planning.
✓Valid PA State Driver's License
