✓Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field of Study or equivalent years of experience required, Master's Degree in a Related Field of Study preferred
Qualifications
✓5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry required
✓Previous experience in a leadership, lead, or team support role is required (0–1 years).
✓Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience with healthcare-specific project management tools and techniques.
✓Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
✓Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization.
✓Ability to think about strategic problems, generate and present options, and facilitate consensus and decision-making among constituent groups and executive leadership.
✓Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.
✓Ability to effectively present ideas and information in a variety of formats to a wide range of audiences.
✓Demonstrates team oriented, collaborative nature and is flexible, resourceful, and resilient.
✓Adapts quickly and happily to changing conditions, uses resources and relationships to develop solutions.

About the role
