Responsible for assisting the manager by ensuring adequate flow of patient care through the Radiation Oncology department. Identifies and solves patient problems, contributes to self-development and leadership by teaching and supervising co-workers and students. This position requires the ability to interact with other departments within the Cancer Center.
Collaborates with others and seeks direction from supervisor or others as needed. Assumes complete responsibility and accountability with little supervision required. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.

Required
Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification. Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy. 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience in a clinical setting.
2 years of experience in a fast paced Radiation Oncology department.
