Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State. Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire 3 years of clinical experience appropriate to the area coordinated.
