Under limited supervison, the Senior Strategic Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for managing and providing reimbursement expertise for Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payor contracts for OSF Healthcare. This role will perform analysis on reimbursement impact of various initiatives and legislative impact analysis, among other areas. Position leads interanlly and externally by coordinating communication to insure alignment with finanical and strategic goals and initiatives.

Possesses comprehensive knowledge in order to be able to lead and influence conversations and teams. Qualifications REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, accounting, finance or business.

4 years experience in healthcare operations, reimbursement, and/or operational regulations Licensure/ Certification: N/A Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
