Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire Or Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing upon hire
