✓Epic Cadence certification
Epic Referrals certification preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in healthcare systems management) preferred
Qualifications
✓5+ years of progressive experience supporting Epic Cadence, with demonstrated expertise in scheduling template design and access optimization
✓5+ years of experience analyzing access metrics (e.g. third next available, no-shows) and translating insights into actionable build and workflow improvements
✓3+ years of experience partnering with clinical and operational leaders to align scheduling and referral workflows with organizational access goals
✓3+ years of working knowledge of referral workflows and their integration with scheduling, including work queues, prioritization, and conversion to visits
✓Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing scheduling and access initiatives in a fast-paced environment
✓All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Experience with MyChart self-scheduling or digital patient access workflows preferred
Experience configuring decision tree or decision support scheduling tools within Epic preferred
