- The Senior Talent Advisor leads full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive, and specialized clinical roles. This position will be expected to create collaborative relationships and serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders. They will utilize data to drive sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, assessment, and successful hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with healthcare credentialing and regulatory requirements. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms. Strong relationship-building, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit. Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations. Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements. Negotiate offers and manage candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and professional associations. Proactively supports talent acquisition process by partnering with director and manager on recruitment and community initiatives.
