Sepsis Program Nurse Coordinator, Full-Time, Days, Clinical Support - New Jersey

✓Requirements
Licensure
✓RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_NJ - State of New Jersey
✓Active RN license required in state of practice.
Certifications
✓Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Qualifications
✓3 years of clinical nursing experience in a specialty area relevant to the program being coordinated (e.g., stroke, trauma, burn, or other designated service line).
✓Knowledge of how to convey respect and collaborate with each patient, family and/or designated care partner in care.
✓Knowledge of people with diverse backgrounds and the ability to convey respect and connect effectively.
✓Experience with specialty program standards, accreditation requirements, and quality improvement initiatives preferred.
