The Site Director is responsible for the day to day oversight of the center. Responsibilities include directly and indirectly overseeing staff, oversight of the Interdisciplinary Team, ensuring regulatory compliance with governing agencies, assisting with regulatory surveys, ensuring compliance with quality metrics, operating the center within financial expectations, and ensuring participants/ individuals enrolled in the program are receiving quality care.
Responsibilities Manages the daily operations of the center. Directly and indirectly manages staff affiliated with the center. Serve as a liaison between administration and the Interdisciplinary Team.
Oversees the Interdisciplinary Team. Contributes to program development through building community relationships and educating others in the healthcare system and the community about the program. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintains employee files to the expectations of regulatory agencies. Operates the center within financial expectations. Ensures center staffing is maintained and reflective of staffing ratios.
Ensures the center meets quality metrics. Assists with the oversight of evening and weekend on-call procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory
This role supervises a team of approximately 10 to 40. Required
Be 21 years or older with a Bachelor’s Degree. Will also accept an RN with the expectation of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree within 2 years after hire. Must have two or more years working experience with older adults or adults with disabilities.
Required
American Heart BLS certification within 30 days of hire and is provided by the organization. Safe Serve Manager Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire and is provided by the organization. First Aide Certification if not an RN, LPN, or EMT to be obtained within 30 days of hire and is provided by the organization Salary Range: $83,588 - $133,741 / Year
