Our Flex / On-Call CNA roles in the Mountain Region are designed to support coverage needs for callouts, vacations, and peak staffing periods while offering the flexibility many caregivers need.

This opportunity is ideal for students, military spouses, veterans, or CNAs seeking additional shifts or supplemental income. Schedule This position supports both day and night shift staffing needs. Candidates must be willing to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Shift opportunities are offered based on departmental needs and employee availability.

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams in a fast-paced environment Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times Qualifications Current Idaho Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from one of the following accepted providers: American Heart Association (AHA) American Red Cross (ARC) American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) At St.
