You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed to practice pharmacy in Connecticut or eligible for reciprocation
Education
✓Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharm. D. degree. Completion of a residency in hospital pharmacy from a program accredited by the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists is desirable but not required.
Qualifications
✓This individual should demonstrate knowledge of oncology pharmacology and therapeutics, and understand pharmacy systems of drug distribution, manufacturing technology, clinical trials when applicable, and formulary management.
✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others required.

Two years experience in an oncology based hospital or outpatient oncology pharmacy setting is preferred for this position
