Day | Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. What minimum requirements you’ll need License / Certifications / Registration: One or more of the following: Social Worker obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required or Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
