Qualifications
✓A licensed valid to drive in New York State is also required.

- Duties Description Manhattan Psychiatric Center (MPC) is recruiting for Social Work Assistant 1 to join their Mobile Integration Team (MIT) to provide case management and service coordination activities for individuals with mental illness. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As a Social Work Assistant at RCPC, you will work with an interdisciplinary team and duties will include:
- Willing and able to drive to Family Care homes in the Bronx and other appointments using a state vehicle
- Interviewing individuals and their families to gather background information
- Preparing case histories and determining eligibility for services
- Advocating and assisting individuals in identifying and obtaining services
