We are currently seeking a PRN Social Worker/Case Manager to join our team. Visit us online at: https://fairmountbhs.com/ The PRN Social Worker/Case Manager provides clinical social work/case management services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System, the NASW and if licensed, the licensing board of Pennsylvania.
The PRN Social Worker/Case Manager is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.
