You’ll need
Education
✓Master of Science in Social Work or closely related field required
Qualifications
✓Approved Aggression de-escalation training required.
✓Assist with other behavioral health units as required.
✓NH LICSW preferred
✓Ability to deliver patient care in a manner consistent that is appropriate to the patient’s age, physical ability and intellectual development.
✓Ability to endure periods of heavy workload or stress.
✓Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
✓Ability to transport self to and from off-site locations.
✓Ability to plan and perform diversified duties requiring an extensive knowledge of a particular field and the use of a wide range of procedures.
✓Involves the exercise of judgment in the analysis of facts and conditions regarding individual problems or transactions to determine what actions should be taken, within the limits of standard practice.
✓Ability to work with other members of the healthcare team and community to provide
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a health care system, preferably in a hospital setting preferred
Excellent clinical documentation, and successful usage of EMR systems preferred

About the role
Collaborates and participates with the primary nurse and the multidisciplinary team in the ongoing clinical social work assessment of patient’s status/care management.
