We are currently seeking an energetic Sonographer (or Ultrasound Technologist) on a full-time basis. If you share our passion and vision, we invite you to apply now! Your tasks and responsibilities as a Sonographer include but are not limited to: · Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner · Accurately perform sonogram examinations in a timely manner · Be responsible for recording and processing ultrasound images · Maintain statistical results for quality improvement · Maintain proactive and effective communication with radiologists regarding any unusual clinical findings, history, and/or test results Qualifications · A two-year Allied Health degree or successful completion of a 12-month CAAHEP approved program · Valid ARDMS certification required: RVT (Registered Vascular Tech) or ARDMS AB (abdomen specialty) or ARDMS OB/GYN within 1 year · Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification · 1
