You'll work alongside board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and their families. As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you will:Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinationsObtain comprehensive fetal anatomy and growth assessmentsPerform Doppler studies, nuchal translucency (NT) scans, and AIUM-recommended imagingCollaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and the multidisciplinary care teamAssist with specialized procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), when appropriateDeliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality and safety What We're Looking ForRequiredGraduate of an AMA-approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography programAssociate degree (or equivalent program completion)ARDMS registered with OB specialty (RDMS-OB)Current BLS certificationPreferredOne or more years of obstetric ultrasound experienceMaternal Fetal Medicine experienceFetal Echocardiography certificationExperience performing Doppler studies and nuchal translucency examinationsExperience assisting with amniocentesis and/or CVS procedures Why Choose Novant Health?
