This innovative facility will operate as an outpatient department of Deaconess Gateway Hospital and will provide comprehensive emergency services in a convenient location.

Licenses and

American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Required BLS CPR certification for healthcare providers Required License renewal must occur within two weeks of expiration date Required Employee must be RVT and/or RVS and RDMS registry eligible upon hire. Employee will be required to obtain RVT and/or RVS and RDMS within first 18 months.
