Certifications, Licenses and Registrations One of the following is required: Certification/registry eligible as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS). Must obtain registry within 12 months of hire/transfer. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Sonography (R.
T. (S)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
