Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Sonography Technologist for the Radiology Department at Overlook Medical Center. Department needs a candidate that can work varied shifts, including weekends and on call. Job Functions: Qualified candidate will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations utilizing state of the art GE equipment & Siemens equipment.
Candidate is required to perform general ultrasound, paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, small parts, breast, OB, pelvic and vascular exams. Qualifications/Requirements: Effective communications skills and the ability to work well as a team player Applicant must be comfortable performing exams in an outpatient as well as inpatient and emergency department setting Minimum
High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program License/Certification: ARDMS required Relevant
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years’ experience preferred #LI-am1
