BJC Health is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to support our lab and pharmacy category. Role Purpose Manages and supports system wide identification, implementation, and on-going management opportunities and decision making forums improving effectiveness and quality of health care products and processes by serving as a facilitator, resource for analysis, and a consultant. Responsibilities Participates on best practice exchange teams or other work teams established to effect change. Evaluates, facilitates, develops, and implements improvement strategies throughout the system.
Oversees project planning, project management, and progress monitoring and reporting of multidisciplinary teams. Provides consultation and guidance to leaders and members of clinical and administrative teams in improvement methodologies.
