You’ll need
Licensure
✓Medical Radiologic Technology (MRT) License from the State of Texas.
Certifications
✓Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
✓Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA)
✓Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
✓Clinical Informatics and Imaging Professional (CIIP) certification.
✓American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification in Radiography R.T.(R) or military equivalent.
One of the below licenses or certifications is preferred:
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Radiology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
✓Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present operational data.
✓Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, databases, and standard desktop applications.
✓Experience managing inventory, capital assets, purchasing processes, and vendor contracts.
✓Knowledge of healthcare operations, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes.
✓Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, EMR, imaging informatics systems, and healthcare technology platforms.
✓Strong project management, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, leaders, vendors, and associates.
✓Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.
Five years of experience in medical imaging, imaging informatics, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare field preferred.
