You’ll need
Licensure
✓Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT-R) Active certification from American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) (Required Upon Hire)
✓Active Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Radiographer License (Required Upon Hire) and
Certifications
✓Current BLS CPR certification (Required Upon Hire)
Education
✓Associate’s degree or completion of an accredited 2-year program in a school of Radiologic Technology. (Required) or
Qualifications
✓Able to perform interventional procedures in specified areas. (Required proficiency)
✓Clear knowledge of modality specific equipment, computers, Inventory systems, PACS, EMR and RIS. (Required proficiency)
✓Clear knowledge of image and exam protocols. (Required proficiency)
✓Uses a variety of equipment specific to the area, including single-plane and bi-plane angiographic equipment, power injectors, and various medical devices and computers. (Required proficiency)
✓Knowledge of proper sterile procedure technique, gowning and gloving, and infection control. (Required proficiency)
✓Must demonstrate effective organizational, written, and oral communication skills. (Required proficiency)
✓Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. (Required proficiency)
✓Able to work independently and as a collaborative member of procedural team. (Required proficiency)
✓Able to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise. (Required proficiency)
1+ years experience as a Registered technologist. (Preferred) and
1+ years as a registered Radiologic Technologist with IR experience (Preferred) and

About the role
You will prepare patients for procedures, operate imaging equipment, maintain a sterile environment, monitor patient status, and assist during examinations and treatments. Working closely with radiologists, cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers will allow you to contribute to achieving the best patient outcome.
