✓Bachelor’s Degree | Nursing | Required
✓Master’s Degree | Nursing | Not Required
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates skills in training/presentation
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Finds innovative ways of disbursing training to high volumes of staff in fast changing health industry
✓Must show excellent skills to promote effective interpersonal relations, group process skills and communication skills with NMHS staff, management, administration, schools and community.
✓Must develop and maintain networks of contacts and become politically astute in dealing with diverse groups with varied interests and goals.
✓Must possess the ability to manage conflict
