✓or CPHT Additional licensure as a pharmacy technician in the state(s) assigned as required
Education
✓High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Four (4)Five (5) years as a pharmacy technician
Graduate of ASHP accredited pharmacy technician program preferred
Associate's degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Qualifications
✓Combination of education and related experience may be considered
✓PHARMTECH:XX and CPTEXCPT or CPTPTCB
✓Knowledge of complex/chronic diseases states and therapies used within specialty pharmacy including and up to: Oncology, Transplant, Hepatitis C, Infectious Disease (including HIV), Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, GI disorders (including IBD), Asthma and Allergies and Psoriasis
Five (5)Eight (8) years as a Pharmacy Technician plus specialty pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of many various inflammatory conditions preferred
