As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician , you'll be responsible for interpreting and entering prescription data in our pharmacy system, answering incoming calls, and completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details / clinical information. It's a fast paced, high-volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life - saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST Primary

Required
High School Diploma/GED Current Pharmacy Technician state license in state of employment without restrictions 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience 1+ years of experience with computer navigation and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to work between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Shift will be consistent once determined. Overtime may be required on weekdays and weekends as needed.
Reside in one of the following states: Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Texas
Specialty pharmacy experience National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or NHA) Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
