and Responsibilities As a Specialty Surgical Tech, you will function as an integral team member across all phases of the surgical procedure. Your role is vital for seamless transitions and comprehensive patient care. Every day you will collaborate with the surgical team, meticulously preparing the operating room, assisting the surgeon, and managing instruments and supplies.
You will maintain a sterile field and anticipate team needs for efficiency and patient safety. Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure. To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective performance under pressure.
