Empower patients and their families through clear education and compassionate counseling to ensure they feel confident in the recovery journey. Document patient progress with precision to maintain high-quality clinical records and drive continuous improvements in care. Facilitate a smooth transition back to daily life by creating comprehensive discharge plans and connecting patients with vital community support programs. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Speech
- Language Pathologist credentialed from the Indiana Board of Speech

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Additional Preferences: At this time, we are seeking candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year and hold full certification.
