About COREWELL HEALTH VNA Our Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) is the Home Care Team serving Southwest Michigan. We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team supporting patients across Southwest Michigan. This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing clinicians to practice at the top of their license while delivering care in patients’ homes. Home health occupational therapy provides a unique opportunity to help patients regain independence with daily activities and safely function in the environment where they live and thrive. Our therapists maintain manageable caseloads, typically seeing 5–7 patients per day, with thoughtfully designed geographic territories that minimize travel and support work-life balance. Scope of Work Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
