Language Pathologists help adult patients experiencing serious impairments to connect with the world around them. Our tremendous team provides the expertise patients need to flourish in the areas of swallowing and communication. Language Pathology, you will provide care to patients across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including the outpatient clinic, Adult ICUs, and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Join our dedicated team and help uphold NewYork
Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital’s reputation for delivering exceptional patient care.This per diem position is primarily based in the outpatient setting, with opportunities to provide cross-coverage in acute inpatient services as needed. The schedule is Thursdays and Fridays, with weekend and Holiday commitment at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Preferred CriteriaExperience working with Trach/Vent patientsRequired CriteriaMaster’s Degree in Speech
Language PathologyCertification of clinical competence in Speech
Language Pathology by the American Speech
Language
Pathology AssociationNew York State Licensure in Speech
