Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical assessments. - Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication, cognitive functioning, and swallowing abilities. - Perform clinical swallowing evaluations and recommend appropriate interventions, diets, and treatment strategies. - Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, progress, and home exercise programs. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare...
