Who We Are: Formerly known as Towanda Memorial Hospital, this facility is a satellite campus of Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, located 17 miles north in Sayre, Pa. The Towanda campus joined Guthrie in April 2015, serving Bradford and Sullivan counties, offering ease of access to clinical services to those in the surrounding communities. Long-term care services are also provided for patients with a 68-bed skilled nursing unit and a 94-bed personal care home.

Additional requirements include: Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA Minimum of six months speech therapist / speech language pathologist experience working with an adult and geriatric population Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered Current CPR certification Strong organizational and communication skills EEOC Statement "Lifepoint Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
