Speech Pathologist I (Outpt)

• 90% FTE, Monday-Friday varying schedule. You will work at UW Health 9th St Clinic 209 9th St. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay At UW Health in northern Illinois, you will have:

• Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required Work Experience No minimum experience required. Licenses & Certifications Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision.
