Provides diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, swallow and fluency disorders. Evaluates the needs of assigned patients, establishes goals with the patient and plans and conducts treatment. Effectively interacts with patient, family and health care team members.

Interacts with all life span of patient populations; pediatrics to geriatrics.

• Currently licensed in the state of Illinois as a Speech Language Pathologist. Previous SLP experience within a hospital setting required. 2 years of hospital setting experience in the last 5 years. Work Shift Details: Registry, Shift hours: 8am- 4:30pm Mon- Sat, 8am-12pm Sundays PRN Level III- 2 weekend shifts/month, 1 holiday/year, paid at $52/hr weekdays and $55/hr weekends PRN Level IV- 4 weekend shifts/month, 1 holiday year, paid at $55/hr weekdays and $58/hr weekends Department: IP ACUTE PHYSICAL MEDICINE Benefits for You At Silver Cross Hospital, we care about your health and well-being and that is why we work hard to provide quality and affordable benefit options for you and your eligible family members. The expected pay for this position is listed below: $50.00 - $50.00 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
