Speech Pathologist

Here at Southeast Georgia Health System, a Speech Pathologist evaluates and utilizes therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech and language disorders, hearing disorders, and oral motor disorders. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part; helps patient reach maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.
